We offer a 90-day money back guarantee. You have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at hello@myhonesteyes.com with your order number. We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours.

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Requirements

Your device must be undamaged and functional, with all accessories, cables, and original packaging included. You'll need your order number or receipt.

We understand you may need to try the device—normal use is acceptable for returns.

Return Shipping

For defective or damaged items: We cover return shipping costs.

For all other returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We will provide detailed shipping instructions after your return request is approved.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us at hello@myhonesteyes.com within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on items sent back without prior authorization, sale or clearance products, or gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return it for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without justification. Your item must be in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
